XC FREQUENT FLYER PROGRAM (XCFF)
This frequent Flyier Program was created to benefit pilots who are frequently comming and supporting our friendly event during this past 10 years.
The bellow table brings the discount rating to pilots according the number of years he/she has already been present in XCeará events.
Note that record holders and champions are automaticaly upgrated to Platinum and Cumulus pilots as well.
- Bronze XC Pilot (1 year) - 5% Discount
- Silver XC Pilot (2 years) - 10% Discount
- Gold XC Pilot (3 Years) - 15% Discount
- Cumulus XC Pilot (4 years) - 20% Discount
Obs:
1- Pilots who breakes any world record at XCeará events, are upgrated to Cumulus pilots
3- XCeará champions are upgrated to Gold pilots
4- World Champions (Individual FAI Class 1 events) are upgrated to Gold pilots.
5- World XC Record Holder (FAI) are upgrated to Cumulus pilot for the category he(she) is or was record holder.
6- Not cumulative with pre paid fee discounts.

OBS)
* For period calculation, it's considered a valid day, the period between the first and the last flying day contracted.
* If ALL pilots from a car/team decide not to fly for a day (car stoped), it will be charged only 50% of the day's price per pilot (EU 50 for XCeara pilots and EU 80 for non XCeara pilots).
* Due the big dollar oscilations last months, the dollar price is updated frequently with last rates according the internatonal site www.xe.com/ucc.
The valid price is always the last one.

General Information
1- Each car teams will be independent, with minimum of 2 pilots and maximum of 4 pilots.
2- Each car/team will be coordinated by his own pilots (2-4 pilots).
3- The pilot's retrieve will be done exclusively by it's own car/team.
4- Other car/teams may help the retrieve of other pilots, but it's not the organization job to coordenate this help, exeption of course, in cas of an accident.
5- All and only registered pilots may use all the event's structure such as:
- Radio base daily in the take off area.
- Coordinates download base for scoring at he event's HQ (Pedra dos Ventos Hotel) or at any internet spot.
- Assistance at the take-off area by an experienced pilot - (english and french spoken).
- Radio base in Nova Russas (available only over 4 pilots registered at the period)
- Mobile base in Nova Russas (available only over 4 pilotsregistered at the period)
- Retrieve car for pilots landed near Nova Russas. The car will bring the pilots to the event's Hotel/Restaurant base(available only over 4 pilotsregistered at the period).
OBS: The retrieve in Nova Russas will be made only at the asphalt road, covering the area between Cruzeta (150km), Nova Russas (180km) and Poranga (220km).
It's pilot's responsability to reach the main asphalt road where the car will retrive him and bring to Nova Russas.
6- The service contract will be done daily and it covers:

To confirm your place at the XCeará 2009 or/and XC Int. Meeting, events please check the following steps.
1- FIRST STEP
Remember that, before confirm your registration, you must check about the room availability. For that, please send an e-mail to xceara@goup.com.br with your:
- Name
- e-mail
- Equipament (HG or PG model)
- Flying experience / How long have you been flying.
Obs) Pilots already registred in past XCeará editions don't need to send their info. Just name and country.
2- SECOND STEP:

- Copy of the receipt, where it should appear the name of the person, company or association who sent the transfer.
- Total amount transfered
- Name of the pilot(s) which this transfer is referent.
OBS) All transfers costs will be in charge of the pilot.
